Scott Russell founded BlueBear Solutions in 2010, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership in litigation support.
A University of Georgia alum with a degree in Management Information Systems, Scott began his career in 2005 and quickly established himself as a trusted expert aiding attorneys to construct compelling cases. Over his career, Scott has played a pivotal role in supporting high-stakes trials, including major patent litigations such as Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., et al. v. Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc., et al., and landmark antitrust cases such as In Re Nexium. Scott's leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in guiding both BlueBear and trial teams throughout the country. He resides in Atlanta with his family and enjoys traveling and listening to live music in his free time.

George Inmon is a Principal at BlueBear Solutions, where he expertly manages operations and leverages his extensive courtroom consulting experience. George has a proven track record of supporting hundreds of trial teams and excels in handling some of the largest and most complex legal matters across the country. Renowned for his ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, he ensures that every engagement benefits from BlueBear's personalized and strategic approach. Outside of his professional pursuits, George cherishes spending time with his family in Nashville and indulging in his passion for the outdoors and live music.

Chris Gibson has been a Senior Presentation Consultant with BlueBear since 2016. With 25 years of experience in litigation support and a B.S. in Radio and Television Broadcasting from Western Carolina University, he has been involved in more than 600 trials, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings, including high-profile and mass-exposure cases involving large joint-defense groups in multiple litigations.  Chris grew up in Tucker, GA and has lived in the Atlanta area for 50 years. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, fishing, hiking and golfing.

Chad Kelley is a Trial Tech Consultant with 5 years of experience at BlueBear. He is highly skilled in mock trials, focus groups, remote depositions, and day-in-the-life videography. Chad has a background in digital media and tech, completing a bachelor's degree in Photographic Imaging and working for 15 years in freelance projects. Chad brings a unique perspective to visual presentation and messaging to his current role. When not hard at work, Chad enjoys spending time with his family at home in Cumming, Georgia. His hobbies include working on projects in the garage, camping off the grid, and riding trails with the Jeep Club.

Sam Kerr joined BlueBear as the Art Director in 2021, bringing his 15 years of experience in the industry to the table. He has worked with some of the country's top litigators and largest litigation firms, including Boies Schiller, Greenberg Traurig, Quinn Emanuel, Finnegan, and Kirkland & Ellis. Sam holds a B.S. in Industrial Design from Auburn University and was born and raised in Atlanta. In his free time, Sam enjoys playing tennis, watching the Atlanta Braves, and cheering on his alma mater. He also loves spending time with his wife and two young children.

Terrence Miller is the Production Manager of BlueBear's Document Production Services, managing operations in document production and E-Discovery. With a corporate business and operations background, Terrence has brought a unique combination of experience, diligence, and patience to the team. He is also known for being professional and great with client interaction. Terrence was first introduced to the business while attending the University of Alabama Birmingham. Outside of work, Terrence is a proud father of two, one in college and one in high school, preparing for life after school. He loves to stay active, going for workouts, running, and long walks and hikes with his dog.

Kaelan Moore is a seasoned Trial Technician Consultant at BlueBear Solutions, bringing a dynamic blend of expertise and positivity to every case he handles. Originally from Canada, Kaelan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of North Georgia. Over the past five years, Kaelan has distinguished himself as an indispensable member of the BlueBear team, thanks to his rapid assimilation of new technologies, exceptional teamwork, and adept problem-solving skills. His fluency in French and adaptable approach further enhance his effectiveness in diverse trial environments. Residing just north of Atlanta, Kaelan is an avid hockey player and enjoys hiking and skiing, activities that complement his energetic and resourceful professional demeanor.

Matt Moore is the Manager of BlueBear's Document Production Services, where he is responsible for sales and business development. He is passionate about creating a great customer experience and making sure that BlueBear's Document Production Services consistently provides the highest quality services. He earned his degree from Georgia College and State, and now resides in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward. In his free time, Matt enjoys golf, hockey, reading, and exploring new local restaurants and bars with friends.

Phil Tabor serves as the Director of Trial Logistics at BlueBear Solutions. With a seasoned career marked by dedication and expertise, Phil's industry experience is extensive. Phil's commitment to excellence and his intricate understanding of trial dynamics make him an invaluable asset to any legal team. Phil is committed to ensuring that every aspect of trial preparation and execution is seamless and efficient. He specializes in optimizing courtroom setups and transportation of necessary equipment, reducing the burden on trial teams and enabling them to focus on their core legal strategies.
