BlueBear is proud to share that Kaelan Moore has been promoted to Director of Trial Technology.
Kaelan has earned this role through consistent excellence in the courtroom, steady decision making under pressure, and a level of ownership that strengthens every team he supports. He shows up prepared, treats people with respect, and solves problems in a way that keeps trial teams focused on what matters most.
In 2025 alone, Kaelan supported trial teams across medical malpractice, construction litigation, patent, and antitrust matters, to name a few. He closed out the year in the hot seat for an eight week opioid trial in Florida, bringing calm execution and reliable judgment from start to finish.
As we continue to grow, our priority is to scale without sacrificing the BlueBear standard our clients rely on. This promotion is an important step in that direction. In this role, Kaelan will help drive consistency across our trial execution, mentor and support our trial technology team, and help ensure every engagement is courtroom ready.
Clients will continue to receive the same hands on support and trial readiness you expect from BlueBear. Kaelan will still be in the courtroom delivering the same exceptional service clients have come to rely on. The difference is that he will now also be leading the systems, standards, and mentoring that keep our delivery consistent as we grow.
